Q-Synth Bundle

A bundle containing the mono and poly versions of Q-Synth plus the oscillators - a total of 4 modules.

Q-Synth is an all-in-one, dual oscillator synth with wavefolders, harmonising oscillators and built-in effects, available in both mono and poly versions.

You might be wondering what the Q stands for. Could it be Quad? Well, no because there are only two oscillators, or six if you count the harmonising oscillators.

Could it be Quockerwodger? Nope, but I bet you look that one up.

The Q stands for Quick. This synth is the quickest way to get sound out of a blank rack.

Step 1. Add it to the rack

Step 2. Patch the output to the host

Step 3. Play it. You don't even have to connect up the input gate and pitch. Q-Synth will automatically use the default signals from the host if nothing is connected.

The large, friendly Q button is your gateway to some quick sounds. There are about 30 built-in presets sorted into Bass, Lead, Pad and Percussion. When the module first loads it defaults to one of the bass sounds - "Rezzer". This is a typical resonant bass sound but can also gives a decent lead sound higher up the keyboard so it's perfect for instant gratification.

Q-Synth evolved from a need to have a quick and easy sound source when developing other modules like chord generators and arpeggiators. Somewhere along the way it turned into something quite interesting in its own right and the oscillator sections are also supplied as standalone modules.
