This module produces bell-like sounds through additive synthesis, based on an implementation of the Risset bell. It has a volt per octave CV input, as well as an FM input which can be used for producing percussive inharmonic sounds.

Included in the Benard Mega Bundle Vol. 2.

Documentation

-Frequency Knob (Freq) - This knob controls the starting frequency of the bell.

-Range Switch - This switch let's you select between low, medium and high ranges.

-Decay - This knob controls how long the bell will ring, or the time it will take for its envelope to decay.

-Trigger Button (T) - This button allows you to trigger the bell manually.

-Volt per octave In - Send CV signals to this jack to play the bell with a keyboard or sequencer.

-FM In - This jack allows you to modulate the frequency of the bell with an audio rate signal to produce more complex inharmonic sounds. It is not meant for tracking notes accurately, but rather to produce percussive sounds.

-FM Knob - This is an attenuator on the FM CV.

-Decay CV In - This jack allows you to modulate the decay time. It will be added to the value set by the decay knob.

-Decay CV Knob - This is an attenuverter to control the decay CV.
