Pulse generation expansion module for TMachine.
Expands the single "Pulse" output on the TMachine module into 7 bit-specific pulse outputs, plus 4 multi-bit combination pulse outputs.
Bit specific outputs will fire when the corresponding bit in TMachine's shift register is set (value of 1), while the combination outputs respond to the following combined bit patterns:
- 1 + 2: Fires when both bits 1 and 2 in TMachine's shift register are set.
- 2 + 4: Fires when both bits 2 and 4 in TMachine's shift register are set.
- 4 + 7: Fires when both bits 4 and 7 in TMachine's shift register are set.
- 1+2+4+7: Fires when all of bits 1, 2, 4, and 7 in TMachine's shift register are set.
