Each of 2 channels provides a percussive envelope with adjustable attack hold and decay times. The envelope can be sent out its own dedicated output, but it is also passed to the provided VCA in the respective channel. It is also possible to use the VCA input to use a external envelope with the VCA.
The red LEDs at the bottom are lit when the value of the outputs is positive. When an external envelope is used with the VCA, the green LEDs below the envelope outputs light up while the internal envelope for that channel is positive, to keep track of the internal envelope activity in case they're being sent elsewhere through the envelope outputs.
There is also a toggle to pass the trigger of channel 1 to channel 2 (which is active only when channel 2 has no trigger input connected), to trigger both channels together.
This module is useful for making percussive sounds from noise sources and saves you the trouble of using separate envelopes and amps for this purpose.
