This module consists of 15 bandpass filters in parallel with fixed frequency values. It is inspired by a classic Eurorack Fixed Filter Bank module, but adds several features, like global slope and resonance levels. The level of each filter can be controlled individually with the corresponding knob, and there is also a master level to control the final output. The knobs can be randomized and initialized using the corresponding buttons on the right side.

Additionally, this module makes use of a poly CV input to control the levels of all the filters with a single poly signal. This requires a polyphony of 15 voices to control all the filters (voice 16 will be ignored), but if the polyphony is set to a lower value in the VM settings, the higher voices can still be cotrolled manually. If the Animate Knobs toggle is engaged, the knobs affected by the poly CV will accordingly. There is also a poly output for convenience, which sends the individual output of each filter to a separate poly voice. This can be useful if you want to use or process each band separately, or even to place each band at a specific point of the stereo field using a Poly Panner.

Try using a Poly LF Noise or Poly Random Walks to control the filters for constantly changing timbres. It is great for shaping the spectral content of signals, and for producing eerie drone sounds when fed with a noisy input.

Included in the Benard Mega Bundle Vol. 2.

Heck yes

This is a serious filter bank inside of VM (the only one that I know of), and it is completely incredible. The only downside is that CV inputs aren't available for all of the frequency bands, however the Remote Control module can easily take care of that for extremely wild results! Also, the randomize function is absolutely killer. The quality here is top notch, and I love this thing.
