R_Ware HyperCubic Cut

The Hypercubic Cut module is a powerful digital filter using advanced interpolation techniques that can morph between lowpass, highpass, and bandpass filters. With its intuitive controls and CV inputs, you can shape your sound in endless ways, from subtle tone shaping to extreme filtering and modulation effects. Beside the standard filter controls, Hypercubic Cut also features two hyperfeedback controls that shape the geometry of the interpolation spline that is responsible for the filtering for further customization of the filtering effect. This filter can be tame and well-behaved, but it's strengths lie in the unruly feedback and tone-shaping capabilities.

• Cutoff: This control sets the cutoff frequency of the filter and can be modulated using both exponential and linear CV inputs.
• Feedback: This control adjusts the resonance or feedback of the filter, allowing you to create more extreme filtering effects. It can also be modulated using CV.
• Hyperfeedback 1 and 2: These controls adjust the geometry of the interpolation splines, allowing for further customization of the filtering effect. Both controls can be modulated using CV.
• Morph: This control allows you to smoothly transition between lowpass, highpass, and bandpass filter modes. It can be modulated using CV.
• Wet knob: This control adjusts the level of the filtered signal that is mixed with the original signal. Turning it fully clockwise will result in only the filtered signal being heard, while turning it fully counterclockwise will result in only the original signal being heard.

By adjusting these controls, you can create a wide range of filtering effects, from subtle tone shaping to more extreme filtering and modulation effects.
