Generate notes from a scale by random chance!

- Trigger input
- triggers a random scale degree offset DC to be output based on the set probability for each scale degree

Controls:
- CHANCE knobs
- Set the probability to pick the respective degree when a trigger signal is received
- NOTE: all probabilities are summed and distributed across all knobs. The absolute probability as well as the relative probability are given in the knobs' tooltips.
- NOTE: the currently output scale degree is indicated by the LED in the middle of each knob
- ROOT selector
- Select the root note of the scale
- MODE/SCALE selector
- Select the mode/scale
- TRIG button
- Manually trigger the next value to be picked
