Multiscale Memory Quantizer

$6.99 $10.99

It's a quantizer for mono and polyphonic signals (two sets of jacks which can be used at the same time), set by simply pressing buttons which follow a keyboard layout along the bottom.

Turn the central Memory dial though, and your scale is stored while another is recalled. Make use of up to 8 slots. To sequence scale changes, there are 8 jacks (in yellow) which receive trigger pulses and select the slot to set the scale accordingly. This means your generative melodies can have a lot more variation, while still under designed guidance.

You can also set the scale with a keyboard, just wire up the central pitch & gate poly jacks, and pressing keys will toggles notes on and off. This can make scales a lot quicker to set or to experiment with or to change along the way, and it also gives you a great way to use the quantizer like a latching arpeggiator. Speaking of arpeggiators, just press the blue button hanging off the central poly gate jack, and the behavior changes from latching (toggle) to active, where notes must be actively held down to specify the scale. This mode is like an arpeggiator, but the notes can be generated from irregular modulation sources for interesting results.

Whether you seek convenience or experimental freedom, the Multiscale Memory Quantizer readily snaps errant voltages to the notes of your choice.
