Allpass filter array re-defined!

PassFilter allows you to shape and manipulate sound in unique ways, creating new sounds and sonics. With up to 64 filter stages (or 16 depending on the mode) and adjustable parameters, you can sculpt your sound in infinite ways, unleashing your creativity and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

Manual

Order

• Sets the number of consecutive allpass filters

Frequency

• Set the base frequency of the allpass stack
• with exponential and linear modulation

Spread

• Set the spread of the frequencies of subsequent allpass filters based on the base frequency

Feedback (+Resonance)

• Set the amount of signal from the output that's fed back into the input to create special resonances and tones
• In modes 2 and 3 the Resonance knob becomes available that acts like an additional internal feedback sharpening the phase distortion caused by the allpass filters

Drive

• Drive the filter into saturation with the input drive

Wet

• Blend the wet signal with the dry signal for less effect

Mode Switch

• Switch between one-pole allpass, two-pole allpass, and an alternative two-pole allpass mode for different flavor and sculpting two-pole mode has lower maximum order, but has Resonance knob enabled the alternative two-pole tends to become noisy at high orders when the frequency is modulated. This can be used creatively
