Poly CV To MIDI
Do you need to send poly information over MIDI (I'm looking at you, generative ambient producer!) - such as from Weevil's excellent Harmony module?
Tired of first having to convert that polyphonic signal into mono at least twice (remember kids, pitch and gate at a minimum - velocity if you're feeling spicy!), and then use multiple CV To MIDI modules?
Well now you can cut out the middle man with this Poly to CV Module to keep your rack nice and tidy!
How to use
- Plug cables into appropriate jacks.
- Select a specific MIDI channel as needed.
- Send some of that sweet polyphonic pitch, gate, and optionally, velocity CV (Velocity defaults to a MIDI value of 63 if not hooked up).
- Profit!
