PSP Metra is a meter that offers a peak programme meter (PPM) bar including a peak hold option and Root Mean Square (RMS) bar. It utilizes the K-system indicators proposed by Bob Katz.

The peak meter works in two mode: sample peak which shows only peak sample values, and true peak, in which the peak meter is oversampled by a factor of four. The falloff speed (in dB for second) can be set independently from the peak hold time (in milliseconds). The integration time of the RMS measurement has a wide range of settings. Additionally, PSP Metra shows the signal overload above 0dB (max +4dB).
