This module allows you to delay trigger events by a random amount of up to 2 seconds, selected between the bounds set by the min and max knobs. Each time a trigger is received via one of the six inputs, a new random delay value will be selected for that particular channel and trigger event. You can make the random values repeat by engaging the Hold toggle, manually or through the CV input, which will alternate between on and off every time it receives a trigger.

It is possible to use a single input to send triggers to all the connected outputs, and each one will still have its own random delay value. To do this, make sure input 1 is connected, and engage the downward arrow toggle above the input 1 LED.

If the max knob is set to a lower value than the min knob, no output will be produced.

You can use this module to animate rhythms by adding notes slightly after the beat, to produce slapback echoes, or to create bursts of triggers for drum fills or note arpeggios.

Even though the module is designed to deal with triggers, it is also possible to misuse it by connecting audio signals to its inputs to produce interesting glitchy noise textures.

This module is part of the Benard Mega Bundle Vol. 3.
