The Skin module enables you to choose the background used by all Adroit modules.

Click on the CLASSIC button for the default module background image (sky reflected in water). Click on the PLAIN button to select a solid color instead. This color is selectable using the HUE, SATURATION and BRIGHTNESS knobs.

The settings are memorized so you can load up the Skin module to select your preferred option and then remove the module to save space.

Alternatively you can leave a Skin module as part of a patch, then whenever you load the patch the skin will be updated to reflect its settings. This can be useful if you are working on several projects at once – you can effectively color-code each project to help prevent accidental changes being made.

Note that the PLAIN option is slightly less efficient than the CLASSIC one, so if you are in a situation where you need to squeeze that last one percent out of your machine, try switching to CLASSIC.
