Filter based on the Steiner Parker filter topology.

The filter features three separate inputs for low-pass, band-pass and high-pass filtering, including input volume for each input.

The cutoff control features a CV input and also a 1 V per octave input, which may be used for pitch control when the filter self-oscillates.

The output saturation has a density control which can vary the saturation between soft and hard clipping.
