XY to Polar

This is a very simple two-way converter. This takes in two voltages (X and Y) and treats them as cartesian coordinates. It then converts these to Polar coordinates. The Polar outputs are normalled to Polar inputs, which are then converted back into X, Y Cartesian coordinates.
