Filtomika Module Collection

The Cherry Audio/MRB Filtomika Module Collection for Voltage Modular is a bundle of two modules that emulate the wild filter of the Polivoks synthesizer, as implemented in the advanced multi-mode filter from Cherry Audio's award-winning Atomika synthesizer virtual instrument. These filters feature Mark Barton's circuit-modeled DSP designs with filter response modes beyond that of the Polivoks, as wells as Atomika's unique Starve, Filter Drive, and Amp Drive controls. Process any sound to achieve the radical, often mysterious sonic results characteristic of Atomika and beyond, now adapted to the modular workflow and available exclusively for the Voltage Modular platform.

Included in this collection:

• Filtomika Module is a monophonic filter effect module that emulates Vladimir Kuzmin's "programmable op-amp" filter as designed for the 1980s Polivoks analog synthesizer. In collaboration with renowned DSP engineer Mark Barton (VM900, VM2500, Rackmode, Miniverse), Cherry Audio revived the distinctive sound of the Polivoks with its Atomika virtual instrument and these Filtomika modules. The original filter design has been enhanced with new controls like Starve, Filter Drive, and Amp Drive, as well as new highpass, notch, and peak response filter modes.
• Poly Filtomika Module is identical to the mono Filtomika module, but with poly-style I/O jacks, and two extra mono/poly modulation inputs.
• Over 50 Voltage Modular presets for Arps, Basses, Brass, Leads, Pads, Percussion, Poly, and Strings (see Sounds tab above for audio previews)
