This module allows you to crossfade between two signals on each of its two channels, over a period of time determined by the time knob.

When a trigger is received via the input, or using the T button, the output will switch from one of the signals connected to inputs A and B to the other one, over a period of time ranging from 0.1 seconds all the way up to 60 minutes. This is great for automating transitions, or easily bringing sounds in and out of the mix during a performance. You can also simply fade a signal in and out by leaving one of the inputs disconnected. The blue meters next to the inputs give visual feedback about the position within the crossfades.

The time knob sets the transition time. It starts in seconds, and switches to minutes when it goes above 60. Notice that the units label below the display will change to reflect this, as well as the tooltip when you move the knob. If you want to enter a specific time value for the knob, type the number of minutes, followed by a period and the number of seconds, adding a leading zero if necessary. For example, if you want a time of one minute and 9 seconds, type 1.09 and hit enter.

You can select the crossfade curve using the switch on the left side, between linear and square root. There is also an output that sends a trigger when the transition finishes. This is useful for cascading units, or you can even reconnect this trigger to the trigger input to generate continuous back and forth transitions.

The toggle below the dividing line allows you to pass the trigger of the upper channel to the lower one.
