This simple module consists of 8 input/output pairs. Each pair outputs a consistent but random value in the range [ -5, +5 ] with up to 3 decimal places (suitable for feeding your favorite quantizer). Each time the input rises to or above +5, a new random number is generated for the output.
Two output modes allow for either dropping the output to 0 when the input is < 5 or holding the output constant until the next change.
Originally designed to allow Vita to generate random values, my hope is that this can also find a use in similar situations.
