Limits

Limits can be either used as signal limiter or only to check signal level.

• thru output sends unprocessed signal from input jack.
• Upper and lower limits are adjustable independently.
• Signal will be clipped at set limits and sent to clipped out jack.
• Clipping activates LEDs and CV gate outputs.
  • In live mode CV gate outputs and LEDs are only active, when input signal is just below lower limit or above upper limit.
  • In hold mode CV gate outputs and LEDs stay active, once input signal was below lower limit or above upper limit.
• While clear button is pressed or CV on clear Jack exceeds 2.5 volt, CV Out signals and LEDs are deactivated. Clipping will eventually be continued.
