This is a precise poly voltage meter with filtering.

What to monitor
1 - 8 and 9 -16 will monitor those group of channels (voices).
Ch. No. (Channel Number) you can select one of the 16 channels.

1 - 8 and 9 - 16 modes.
In this mode not all options are available e.g. Time display. First 8 and unique in the filters.
The display shows one row per channel, starting at channel 1 or 9 at the top going down to channel 8 or 16 at the bottom, if you want to monitor all 16 channels then you can load up 2 Big Poly Meters setting one to 1-8 and the other to 9-16.

Ch. No. (Channel Number) mode.
You can select the channel from 1 to 16 to monitor, when in this mode the meter acts as a rolling meter, latest result shown at the top and the oldest one at the bottom.

Output Display Buttons

  • C.Note (Closest Notes), display the closest note to the voltage.
  • Time, Display time in samples on the left and the voltage on the right. Tracks how long a voltage is held for. only available in Ch.No. mode
  • Unlimited, try and display as much as possible.
  • Limited, the display is limited to 16 characters (formatting looks nice)
  • Reset, Trigger (or Gate) in will reset all the meters to 0 and will enable "In" if off. Please note when you reset the values are reset back to zero however the data from the cable is then read and the output displayed so you might not even see zero in the display as it will be that fast.
  • In, default is on, when off it blocks the incoming signal.

The Option button opens up the filter options which you can filter by,

  • Rounding, you can round the results up so very small changes can be grouped together.
  • Difference section has 3 modes, you have to turn it On to use all three, only On with Diff and Last set to off see option 1:-
  • 1, Greater or Less than a voltage, will only display voltages in that range.
  • 2, Diff, This can be set to Greater or Less than a value you specify, then the incoming value is calculated with the last displayed value to work out the difference, and when met the result will be displayed.
  • 3, Last, this is only available if Diff has been selected, it works like Diff however the incoming value is calculated with the last value it received (not displayed). The next 2 options are only available in Ch. No. mode
  • First 8, once it has received 8 results it pauses the input.
  • Unique, only unique voltages are displayed, if a voltage is already showing then it's moved to the top, keeping the list unique.

Darkmode: double click the Bear but not too hard it might make him grumpy..

Personal reason behind device: I use this a lot in my dev work as I need to make sure that precise values are what I think they are.
