PB Midi All Notes Off

Some programs ignore "All sounds off"(120) and "All notes off"(123) messages that can be sent via Midi.

This device can send Notes off messages for every note on every channel (that is 2048 messages), it also has a SMART mode, where it's listening and tracking all Notes On and Notes Off messages and then when a reset is request (manually by a button or via Midi using CC 176 120/123 data message) it only sends out Notes Off messages for those notes that have been received as a Note On without a Note Off message.

Reset Smart button, this clears the cache for the Smart tracking.

All Off button, depends if a smart is enabled or not, Smart Off = Send Note Off to all channels and notes, Smart On = Send Note Off just to those note on messages that have been tracked.
