Duration. Min - Max knobs: This sets the internal randomization which effects the length of the session.

Min's range is 4 to 256 (equates: from ~7 minutes to 7 1/2 hours)

Max's range is 8 to 1006 (from ~14 minutes to 30 hours)

The range is in bars..

Random Vel (velocity). Minimum, this sets the lowest (or the absolute value in a special case*) value of the velocity.

Rate, how often in seconds do we get a new velocity value

Lag/ms, how quick do we move from the old velocity value towards the new one.

Note: Lag/ms is independent from Rate so if the rate is lower than the Lag, e.g. Rate = 1 second and Lag = 2 seconds then the new velocity value will never be reached. Even if the Rate is high and the Lag is low you may never reach the new velocity in time, it was done this way to add drift into the velocity. e.g. Rate = 10 Seconds, Lag = 1 Second, last velocity value 50, new target 100, due to the way the algorithm works in this case after 10 seconds we will using a velocity of 70 Special case, if the Rate is set to zero, the minimum is the output velocity. if Rate is set to zero, Lag/ms has no effect. *if Lag/ms is set to zero, the new velocity output will be set at each Rate interval.

Channels. Number of "Channels" that will be used.

Spanner Rate: effects an internal LFO that is spread across the channels at different phases from 0.0001 hz to 1hz . Uses CC 15.

Note: the current phrase number for that channel is sent out on CC 14 for each channel.

Start\Stop. Starts and stops the process, stopping the process mid flow is like a pause.

Reset. Resets all counts to the start creating a new In C rendition

The Next pair of buttons is for the screen candy.

The next 3 digital displays are for, Last current phrase selected, lowest current phrase and highest current phrase.

Blocking, Blocking is normal and not a bad thing in "In C" and is just following the "In C" rules of not moving to far ahead of the lowest phrase being played.

Pulse, The pulse is used to ground the piece. hint: A Piano sound makes a great pulse. Pitch of pulse Gate of pulse Use Midi Ch 1, the pulse is pushed out of Channel 1 on port 1, when off channel 1 will be used as part of the In C rendition.

Build #8/10, Increased to 64 channels and added "Use Midi Ch 1".
