Memorymode is based upon one of the very best-sounding polyphonic programmable analog synthesizers of the 80s - the legendary Memorymoog synthesizer. Released in 1982, the Memorymoog raised the sonic bar with its lush, powerful analog sound. Memorymode was expertly modeled upon a vintage Memorymoog originally owned by jazz legend Chick Corea. It expands upon the original without compromising any of the sound or functionality that made it great, and does away with the reliability, maintenance, and tuning issues of the original. The user interface has been streamlined and simplified, updating the original instrument’s numeric-keypad-and-command-numbers with fast, simple-to-use pop-up menus and an improved value display window.
Memorymode replicates the incredible sound and feel of the original instrument at a tiny fraction of the cost of a vintage original, delivering all the power and musicality of the Memorymoog at a price anyone can afford.

Another Amazing Synth!
Great sounding synth at an astonishing price. Presets are wonderful! (I said the same thing for the same for Eight Voice)

Sounds fantastic with GREAT customer support
I really like the sound of this synth, and a lot of the stock sounds is fantastic, but it caused my DAW to crash several times in a couple of hours.
I was running it in demo mode, so I thought that was the reason it was unstable, so I did not want to buy it. Too bad, I thought, because I really liked it.
Customer support contacted me after my original review and helped me resolve the issues I had.
Now Memorymode is working perfectly, thanks to D at customer support (you know who you are), so of course, I bought the full version.
You can get close to the sound of Memorymode with other plugins, but they have managed to program just enough of that instability from the original synth which makes it come alive.
I have never played a real MemoryMoog, so there is no way for me to make a comparison, but to my ears Memorymode has plenty of that "real" analog sound.
I highly recommend both Memorymode and Cherry Audio with their great customer support.
